He was right on target when advising us on how much of an offer to make. We were ready to go our financial limit in order to make sure we secured the house. Jeff advised us not to and in the end it was not necessary to have made such an offer, saving us several thousand dollars. On the sale of our house, upon Jeff's advise we set the asking price a little higher than what we thought it should be. We were please to receive two offers above the asking price.
